In order to broadcast more than just talkingheads, re-edited video clips are played along in sync with the actual radio version of a song. Radio DJs require complete flexibility and want total control of the playlist. The quality of the radio program must not suffer from its TV version. It is a challenge to come as close as possible to the flexibility and freedom DJs need to make a dynamic program.

To meet this mandatory requirement, Contact Vision has chosen Harmonic Mediadeck playout servers. Mediadeck is well-known for its robustness, flexible architecture and format support. But comparative tests showed that Mediadeck is also extremely fast with short cue-times. This allows the radio Djs to load clips fast and make last minute changes close to air-time.
